Shimeji Mushroom

Kasundi is a high-protein ,spicy relish made from mustard seeds which brings out the best taste in whatever it is paired up with. It is eaten with green fruits, fried food, rice, and vegetables. Even Shorshe ilish, a traditional dish, famous among Bengali can be made with kasundi.
